This is because it is not possible to study the flora of an area without knowing the exact type of its vegetation, despite the fact that no flora is related exclusively to the qualitative examination, diagnosis and affinity of the elements that make it up, and the vegetation relates to environmental factors and the effect of any changes in these conditions on plant species.
